Job Title: Construction Laborer, $20/hr.+, Monday - Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Service Technician to join our team. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, loading and unloading office furniture, and hauling various items. You will also be responsible for cleaning, storing, and reloading items into trailers as needed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and assist with construction tasks such as taking out and installing windows, tearing out flooring, and fixing drywall.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs continuously.

• Load and unload office furniture, including tables, fridges, and microwaves.

• Clean, store, and reload items into trailers as needed.

• Assist with construction tasks such as taking out and installing windows, tearing out flooring, and fixing drywall.

• Use hand tools including cordless drills, screwdrivers, scrapers, hammers, and paint tools.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools, including cordless drills, screwdrivers, scrapers, hammers, and paint tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.

• Reliability and strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and assist with various construction tasks.

• Capability to work both inside and outside.

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime. The role includes both indoor and outdoor work, depending on where the trailers are located. You will primarily be based at the shop, with tasks that may require you to work in the yard.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
