As a National Account Executive, you’ll be at the cutting edge, building and maintaining relationships with clients generating between $2 million to $30 million in revenue. What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Customer’s Guide: Act as the primary contact for your clients, introducing them to UPS Healthcare’s broad suite of services including Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Distribution, Cold Chain Ground, and more.

  • Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Understand and Innovate: Gain an in-depth understanding of our services and technologies, translating them into significant value for your customers.

  • Stay Informed and Strategic: Keep up with customer strategies, financials, product launches, and pipelines to meet the unique needs of various stakeholders.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Operations and Customer Solutions to refine and adapt solutions, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and Excel: Track revenue commitments, manage key accounts, and participate in joint customer calls to showcase UPS products and services.

  • Present and Persuade: Conduct regular updates and reviews, creating compelling presentations to uncover new sales opportunities.

  • Analyze and Improve: Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to spot areas for service improvements, ensuring we maintain our industry-leading standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ambitious and Driven: A go-getter with a hunter sales mentality.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Logistics / Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Business Economics) but not essential.

  • Experience: At least two years of complex selling experience, ideally in the pharma, Medtech, or labs industry.

  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Dutch.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Europe and adapt to different time zones.

  • Customer-Centric: Ability to translate solutions and services into capabilities that meet customer needs.

  • Key Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
