What You Will Do:
Manage a defined list of national and international contracts with a number of International Key Accounts and local operators (retailers, wholesalers and/or distributors) for the following categories: Stationery, Lighters, Shavers
Set commercial objectives and business plans for each client and clearly define commercial budgets, in accordance with national objectives (defined by the Sales Manager/company management)
Negotiate at a higher level with the various local buyers for the product ranges (obtaining the introduction on new lists and developing the existing selection of products) within the defined limits and in accordance with the assortment and pricing and sales policy defined by the Marketing Department and agreed with the members of the management, concluding commercial agreements as a result of this negotiation; ensures that the best partners are obtained for each investment with a Back Margin profit margin
Develop product categories together with the Marketing team or the local Category Analysis team
Conceive and coordinate, in collaboration with the Marketing Department, personalized actions and promotions and determine/establish, in agreement with the clients, ambitious levels for the key performance indicators for each activity/action implemented; responsible for the excellent implementation of the agreed activities in the retail outlets
Responsible for the full and timely collection of receivables, through the continuous monitoring of the receivables situation and taking any necessary specific measures to ensure timely payment throughout the year
Regularly provide accurate and reliable monthly forecasts, for each customer, for each stock unit (SKU); regularly participate in forecast meetings and communicate any material changes to the forecast to all interested parties without delay as soon as it becomes aware of them
Optimize internal communication with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Service and Finance
What We Are Looking For In You:
Higher education
3+ years of experience on a similar position in FMCG (experience in the stationery industry represents an advantage)
Knowledge of English: conversational level, Romanian - Fluent
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, etc.)
Driving license, category B and availability to travel
Experience in creating clear sales & marketing plans in accordance with group policy
Ability to prioritize and focus on results
Communication skills (written and oral), negotiation and interrelationship
Organizational and planning skills
