Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Buda, Texas, 78610, United States. This role is essential to our team as it involves processing various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and resolving any discrepancies related to vendor accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting 2-way match processes to verify the accuracy of transactions

• Efficiently entering and coding invoices to ensure correct processing

• Handling tasks related to the accounting inbox, including sorting and categorizing financial documents

• Conducting reconciliations of various financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of records

• Handling payment processing tasks, including preparing checks for vendors

• Conducting vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy of vendor accounts

• Utilizing financial software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Foundation Software to manage and process financial information

• Utilizing data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Conducting account reconciliation tasks to ensure all financial records are accurate and complete. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Knowledge of Foundation Software

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Experience in executing Check Runs

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficient in Invoice Processing
