Position: Site Services Asset Manager Industry: Portable Sanitation & Site Services We're searching for a seasoned professional with an operations background to join our client's team. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who excels in managing personnel and resources, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and promoting a culture of safety and customer focus. Drug test and background check required.

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the level of staffing needed to meet business needs and objectives.

• Collaborating with senior management and the Human Resources department, hire, train, and supervise staff, which includes mentoring, coaching, evaluating performance and addressing disciplinary issues.

• Manage department resources to ensure availability.

• Conduct routine inventory audits.

• Maintain a working knowledge of department equipment, including making field repairs and recognizing when maintenance is required.

• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure the equipment is maintained.

• Visit customer sites to conduct inventory counts.

• Regularly monitor the work site to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Promote and demonstrate safe operational practices and provide safety training or re-training to staff. Assist with accident investigations.

• Attend monthly Safety meetings.

• Be available to work weekends or special events as needed.

• Promote and demonstrate a customer-focused culture within the department. Other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:
