Citigroup Payroll Analyst in Budapest, Hungary
Join Citi’s Payroll team in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment!
We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to the Citi Shared Services Payroll Team, which is based in Budapest and is responsible for managing 44 countries’ payroll processes across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll runs and execute payroll controls
Review all investigations and corrections associated with payroll data
Create payroll related reports to internal and external parties
Support payroll managers in case of audit requests
Ensure that process documentations (desktop procedures, process maps) are up-to-date
Manage employee enquiries in accordance with service level agreements
Ideal background:
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Good communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
Excellent research and investigative skills
Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet payroll processing deadlines
Another European language knowledge is a strong advantage (French, German, Spanish)
