    How do you excel in this position

    We are looking for an Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our team and assist with the design, development, implementation, and analysis of AV projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will support various engineering design tasks and help resolve technical issues. You will assist in preparing plans, designs, calculations, equipment selections, and engineering reports while learning about building codes and standards. You will collaborate with the project team during construction and gain valuable experience in producing engineering documents. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their engineering career to grow and develop their skills.

    What are we looking for

  • Associate's degree required. Bachelor's preferred.

  • One or more years experience designing and engineering AV systems.

  • Must have or be able to obtain CTS-D certification.

  • Proficient with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of projects

  • Proficient with time management to follow the various detailed phases of projects.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience required.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time are essential in this position, and organizational skills and close attention to detail are also important.

    Additional skills preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's preferred.

  • CTS-I certification is a plus.
