Int’l Post Ops Planning Coordinator

Overview

The Admin position will provide planning support for the Studio Operations Planning team. This role will contribute to the planning and tracking of In-Home Physical Product and Bonus Pay 1 and Original Streaming releases (25%), PiPPM on-boarding and Report Trackers (25%), Invoice Management (25%), and general office admin support (25%). Responsibilities

  • Create, monitor and maintain content plans including generating timelines, validating milestones, and assessing risks

  • Maintain clear communication between Studio Operations, Marketing, Distribution Operations, Disney+ and Hulu Content Planning

  • Establish working relationships with a variety of diverse people across many teams and disciplines; comfortable communicating with executive leadership

  • Exception queue management for content titles that will be managed off-plan

  • Manage weekly and ad-hoc reporting.

  • Initiate IPPM Mass On-boarding and provide data audit support.

  • Manage Theatrical Mastering and In Home Physical Product Invoice Processes

  • Provide executive administrative support to VP, Int’l Post Operations as needed including scheduling meetings, managing calendar availability, and submitting T&E reports.

  • Order and maintain office supplies

  • Additional project management support as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in using applications such as Microsoft Office, G-Suite applications, and Microsoft Project

  • Experience with conflict and risk management

  • Great organizational and time management skills

  • Able to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines at one time and problem solve effectively

  • Detail-oriented; experience in data management and written communication skills

  • Highly adaptable to change; nimble in accommodating new plan requirements and processes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media-related businesses (theatrical, home entertainment, streaming, etc.)

  • Knowledgeable about video, audio, and subtitle formats

  • Understanding of Production and Post-Production workflows

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, other data visualizers and Salesforce applications

The hiring range for this position in location is $57,000 - $73,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
