Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent related experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience

• Manufacturing process knowledge (stamping, welding, assembly, material flow, casting, machining, etc)

• Experience with identifying, troubleshooting, coming up with solutions and implementing them at the supplier

Soft Skills

• Leadership experience, managing projects

• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility to respond to critical issues and unplanned risk events

• Ability to work in an open office environment, at a supplier's operations, or conduct business virtually

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in a limited basis to support on-site supplier crisis
