Description:

Perform chemical formulation of products such as emulsions, dispersions, suspensions, coatings

Oversee and manage multiple projects regarding all steps of the development to actual producing the final products

Work with production to scale up developed formulas for respective products

Perform necessary lab work to develop new formulas, necessary QC measures, and general lab bench work including maintaining the lab

Perform research into new technologies, scientific literature, etc. to keep up to date with industry trends, scientific technologies/methodology, etc.

Work with vendors/suppliers to review and approve materials used in all laboratory work including documentation

Work with 3rd party laboratories as needed

Assist with training new laboratory personnel as needed
