Newfane Central School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! This role is essential in supporting students' speech, language, and social communication skills through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic and instructional strategies. The SLP will collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, the CSE, and families to create individualized plans that help each student thrive. Strong family communication and support are key, ensuring that learning extends beyond the classroom. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment and educational plans, and maintaining compliance with Medicaid and Committee on Special Education guidelines—all while fostering a warm, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates have experience working with K-4 students, a trauma-informed approach, and effective behavior support strategies.
