Canadian Tire Fit Model (Part-time) in Calgary, Alberta

Key Responsibilities

Join our team and play a vital role in helping us create the perfect fit for our customers. This is a part-time position with variable hours based on fit session scheduling. Days required are Tuesday and Thursday (1:30pm - 5pm MST). During peak seasons there can be a requirement to come on other days of the week. Fit sessions typically last between 2-3 hours in the afternoon and compensation is provided on an hourly basis.

  • Fit Sessions: Attend scheduled fit sessions to try on sample garments. Work closely with technical development team during fittings.

  • Feedback: Provide detailed and constructive feedback on the fit, feel, and overall comfort of garments. Highlight any issues with sizing, proportions, or movement restrictions.

  • Consistency: Maintain body measurements consistent with the company’s standard sizing requirements.

  • Professionalism: Exhibit a professional demeanor during fittings, maintaining punctuality and a positive attitude.

  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the technical design & fit teams, contributing to the iterative design process to achieve the perfect fit for our customers.

Requirements

  • Must meet specific body measurements (provided by the company, e.g., height, chest, waist, hips):

  • Height: [5'8" - 6'0']

FOR TOPS SIZE LARGE

CHEST: 42 – 44”

WAIST: 36 – 38”

FOT BOTTOM SIZE MEDIUM OR 34

WAIST: 34-35”

HIP: 40 – 41”

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to maintain consistent body shape and size to match sample size specifications.

  • Communication Skills: Able to provide fit feedback clearly and effectively.

  • Comfort with Modeling: Comfortable wearing a variety of clothing styles and being photographed during fit sessions.

  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate multiple fit sessions as needed.

  • Interested candidates should submit their resume, along with a recent full-body photograph and detailed body measurements. Please ensure measurements are accurate and current.

We recommend applicants to go to a Mark's store to try and check if size Large fits them in a couple of styles (including woven long sleeves shirt, long sleeve sweater, polo, tee shirt and a jacket) and a size Medium or 34 for bottoms
