About the Role:
As a CBRE Training Program Intern, you will work on projects, learn about the business, make industry connections, and develop both hard and soft skills related to the curriculum of your choice.
We are hiring the Summer Students/Interns in the following areas:
Building Operations
Provide tenants with a high level of customer service in the completion of tenant requests. The successful candidate will perform maintenance duties as well learn the fundamentals of building operations under the guidance of the Supervisor, Operations.
Building Services:
Perform basic building services duties for the property requiring daily interaction with customers and service providers, which demands an individual that consistently demonstrates empathy and courtesy to the customers’ needs. This position at times will require some physical activity, such as lifting of boxes, pulling carts and deliveries throughout the towers. Flexible hours are required in this role with occasional weekends or evenings.
The program will run from approximately May- early September.
What You’ll Do:
Work with a dedicated mentor to obtain hands-on industry experience.
Perform duties associated with the department.
Collaborate with internal and external teams on special projects and requests.
Attend company networking events, workshops, and online seminars.
Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
Impact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.

High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
Simple math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
