Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 1 days on-site in Columbus, Ohio; 4 days remote. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Order Tax Transcripts for applicable loans Coordinate loan documents between borrower, lender and mortgage operations areas for compliant processing of applications Obtain and fulfill outstanding underwriter conditions ensuring information is accurate and completed in a timely manner Record/upload documents in file manager accurately and in a timely manner Document Conversation logs Coordinate necessary homeowner insurance documentation Order Data Verify and clear any conditions Manage outstanding title work, appraisals, and/or surveys to expedite completion Manage Conditional Approval pipeline Order IBTS and Structural Inspections and oversee status of progress on all applicable loans Place all Government Reservation for applicable loans Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum Years of Specialization Experience - 0-2 Years ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Some travel may be expected to meet the needs of borrowers. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
