ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for Business Development Representative:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
Ability to operate as member of a team.
Strong passion for addiction recovery advocacy.
High character and integrity.
Willingness to integrate and maintain business intelligence technology.
Long term stable personal recovery experience a plus.
Strong work ethic.
Knowledge of Chemical Dependency, Rehabilitation and Psych preferred.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree preferred
