About the Role

As a Senior Quality Test Engineer, you will be leading the development and execution of performance and automation testing solutions. You will collaborate with management to apply automation strategy and to plan and execute effective and efficient performance and automation testing. You will do this to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and data.

Responsibilities

• Innovating process improvements that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.• Researching and administering tools while leading initiatives to cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.• Developing and executing automated and performance testing for assigned projects to successfully and consistently enable delivery of high-quality software.• Resolving issues and results, researching and identifying root causes as appropriate.• Identifying opportunities to apply existing automation or other tools to meet testing needs.• Improving testing capability and efficiency by identifying areas for cooperation with other teams.• Conducting project reviews, ensuring review criteria are defined, and implementing procedures for ensuring quality control of project deliverables.• Collaborating with teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements to assure products meet requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Have advanced knowledge of QA methodologies and knowledge of process improvement.

• Have a BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent QA engineering experience. • Have in-depth experience in Java and comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles.• Have experience with Selenium WebDriver.• Be able to develop and execute automated and performance testing.• Be familiar with various QA testing methods, including legacy and innovative products.
