Adecco is partnering with TaylorMade Golf to recruit an Associate Manufacturing Product Testing Technician for a temporary 8-month assignment in Carlsbad, CA. You will conduct tests on products, materials, and equipment, following written and verbal instructions as well as engineering SOPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision measuring equipment, tooling, and test equipment, with the ability to carry out tests, inspections, and maintenance with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests on products, materials, and equipment according to written and verbal instructions, as well as engineering SOPs.

• Prepare and organize samples prior to measurement and testing.

• Utilize knowledge in precision measuring equipment, tooling, plastics, test equipment, and hand tool usage to perform testing duties.

• Set up equipment and tools necessary for testing, compile and plot data, and submit results to the designated person.

• Contribute to the design of test equipment, setups, inspections, and processes.

• Use and adapt devices to produce or test new products; maintain current metrology, endurance, and performance tools and equipment.

• Assist in component qualification, process qualification, and troubleshooting as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on tools and testing equipment.

• Record and maintain data in applicable systems, and produce graphs, charts, and simple reports; ensure data is archived for future reference.

• Follow established safety procedures and practices in all activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with precision measuring equipment, tooling, plastics, test equipment, and hand tools.

• Ability to conduct full tests and inspections, including set-up of equipment and analysis of data.

• Familiarity with metrology, endurance, and performance testing.

• Experience in process qualification and troubleshooting is a plus.

• Ability to maintain and repair test equipment as necessary.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.

• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching, and performing routine tasks as required.

• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
