What You’ll Do
As a Contracts Administration Manager, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
Provide support and guidance to distributors on contract terms, product availability, pricing. and regulatory matters.
Track and document all tracing requests from third-party distributors, ensuring accurate follow-up and resolution of issues related to order discrepancies, product returns, or customer complaints.
Ensure timely and consistent reporting of tracing activities, including identifying recurring issues and working with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to address root causes.
Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg’s cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Math or other quantitative disciplines.
At least 5-7 years of related work experience is preferred in the MedTech industry.
Proven experience in third-party distribution, including managing relationships with external partners, handling negotiations, and ensuring compliance.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role related to contracts or distribution operations.

Compensation
Salary Range: $98,000 to $145,000 US. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
