We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Carlsbad, California. As a Receptionist, you will be primarily involved in the rental car industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining a detail-oriented work environment, and facilitating the rental process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in person during the rental car check-out and check-in process.

• Respond to customer inquiries concerning insurance options and rental processes.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient rental process for all guests.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and detail-oriented work environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.

• Schedule appointments as needed and maintain an organized filing system.

• Manage email correspondence in a detail-oriented and prompt manner

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service abilities

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Familiarity with email correspondence procedures

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to organize files effectively and efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments
