The Arc Mid-Hudson has a front-line management opportunity, supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, at our Neal program in Carmel.

Neal Houseis a very fun energetic young house with 11 super fun residents. We have male and females that live here. We are unique in thatNeal Househas 11 bedrooms, which means everyone gets their own room. Make sure you wear your sneakers and have no troubles going up and down lots of stairs. We are located near Carmel High School, close to restaurants, walking trails, shopping, and more! Everyone atNeal Houseloves to be busy and enjoy going to the movies, going shopping, walking on the walking trails, and, of course, going out to eat. Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This experienced manager will possess an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field, and will have strong organizational skills and supervisory experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Tuesday thru Saturday 10a-6p

Salary : $60,405.80

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong organization skills and supervisory experience

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's license
