About the Role:

As the Technical Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for all technical items when it comes to our flooring solutions. You'll bridge the gap between our sales, marketing, product development, and customers, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, and every question gets answered. If you're a natural problem-solver who loves collaborating across teams, breaking down complex concepts, and staying ahead of trends, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Expert (75% of Your Time):

• Be the Go-To Problem Solver – Answer technical questions and provide solutions to both internal teams and customers—quickly, accurately, and always with a positive approach.

• Make the Complex Simple – Translate detailed product specs into clear, actionable insights that empower our sales teams and customers.

• Keep Things Up to Date – Ensure installation guides, maintenance instructions, and warranties are always accurate , easy to understand, and accessible.

• Educate & Empower – Train associates and customers on the ins and outs of our products, making technical knowledge easy to absorb.

• Master the Digital Hub – Own and manage content across Showpad , Microsoft , Widen, and other databases to keep product, marketing, and technical info easily accessible.

• Drive Projects Forward – Lead and track technical requests from sales and internal teams, ensuring everyone has what they need to be successful.

  Build Relationships:

• Cultivate strong connections with our internal team, customers, vendors and partners to stay up to date on products and positioning to en sure the right product for the right place

  Own the Process:

• Partner with the Category Manager to keep flooring projects running on time and on budget.

• Coordinate material samples and ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage product specifications in our systems and troubleshoot any issues.

• Look for smarter ways to work—streamline communication processes, improve efficiency, and encourage a culture of learning and collaboration.
