Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced multicraft maintenance technicians for a manufacturing facility in Gordonsville, TN. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on a variety of industrial machinery, including extrusion presses, hydraulics, gearboxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing, painting, and press machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.

• Conduct repairs and service on hydraulics, gearboxes, bearings, furnaces, and gas ovens.

• Maintain and repair extrusion presses, anodizing, painting, and press machines.

• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machinery operates efficiently.

• Conduct welding tasks as necessary.

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, and three-phase electrical systems.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

• Proficiency in pneumatics and preventive maintenance.

• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Experience with industrial maintenance and repair.

• Welding skills.

• PLC troubleshooting experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems in a heavy industrial environment.

• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a 3 on, 3 off schedule.

Work Environment

This role operates in a heavy industrial environment with a rotating shift schedule. You will work 6:30pm to 6:30am on a 3 on, 3 off schedule. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
