Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking a Tax Accountant for a Business Advising firm in Englewood, CO 80112. The ideal candidate will have a CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) Certification as well as 5+ years experience.

Job Highlights:

Preparation of individual, corporate, fiduciary, and partnership tax returns. Perform review of tax returns prepared by interns. Conduct basic to complex tax research. Conduct tax planning for individual, corporate, partnership, estate, gift, and trust tax clients. Review federal, state, and local tax notices and draft responses. Perform bookkeeping related services for business clients, including compilation of financial statements and assistance with QuickBooks accounting software. Function as key client contact and relationship management for certain engagements. Develop a network of industry peers and business contacts, meet with prospective clients, and cultivate referral business.

What we look for:

5+ years' experience CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) Certification Bachelors degree, preferred Experience working with Lacerte and QuickBooks Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting Willingness to work 50-60 hour weeks during Tax season (mid-February through mid-April) Willingness to take a Tax Accounting assessment
