Duties/Highlights

Maintain high level of customer service with all customers, service technicians and internal staff Coordinate and initiate service/maintenance dispatch requests and changes with sales team and other departments Coordinate and manage final dispatch responsibilities, scheduling technicians and drivers to pick up and deliver equipment to and from customers and perform service Order supplies, parts and equipment

What we look for:

Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external partners Proficient with spreadsheets, email tools and comfortable with learning new technology Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry At least 1-2 years general dispatch experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is highly desired Possess a valid driver's license
