*Civil Engineer or AutoCAD/Civil 3D Drafter *

Local, prominent land development team needs Civil 3D Drafter or Civil Engineer to lead the team drafting civil plans for commercial/residential land and construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

· Perform design services related to roadway and site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control in conformance with local, state and federal regulations.

· Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Project Management with drafting experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D a plus.

· Provide project support for planning and organizing technical information, preparing reports and performing calculations.

· Provide construction field support services

Preferred candidate: 5 yrs civil engineering design experience with an emphasis on multi-family, retail, commercial or industrial and site development projects. 

Preferred candidate has BS/degree or equivalent.  Significant experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.  PE certification always a plus.
