Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cloud Subject Matter Expert Trainer to join our team!

We are currently seeking an experienced Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in multi-tenant platform training and support. This role is crucial for onboarding new tenants and providing continuous support to ensure efficient and secure use of a customer owned multi-tenant cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering comprehensive training programs while offering expert-level support to optimize platform usage. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a commitment to enhancing, operational effectiveness, and enabling success for tenants cloud journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Onboarding Training: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for new tenants, ensuring they are proficient in the use of our multi-tenant cloud platform.

  • Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, learning modules, and other resources tailored to the multi-tenant environment.

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on the multi-tenant platform, providing support and guidance to team members on best practices, troubleshooting, and optimizing platform use.

  • Support: Provide ongoing support for tenants using the multi-tenant platform, addressing technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand system updates, new features, and changes to the multi-tenant platform, and incorporate these into training and support programs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from tenants and users, continuously improving the training content, support processes, and delivery methods to enhance the learning experience and platform usage.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the onboarding process, training materials, and support procedures.

  • Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to tenants as they transition into their roles, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in using the multi-tenant platform.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of training and support programs, using metrics and feedback to drive improvements.

Key Relationships:

  • Infrastructure Team: Collaborate to understand platform updates and technical requirements.

  • Development Team: Work together to incorporate new features and changes into training and support.

  • Program Management: Report on training effectiveness and support metrics.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing.

  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), multi-tenant architecture, and related technologies.

  • Training and Support Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, as well as providing ongoing technical support.

  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in an understandable manner.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and incorporate new technologies and updates into training and support processes.

  • At least one cloud service provider practitioner certification.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale, multi-tenant cloud environment.

Salary Range:

$61,200.00 - $269,800.00
