Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description
Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Chanhassen, Minnesota and some days remote.
Work Environment
Candidate will sit on a hybrid schedule - FTE team sits 2 or 3 days a week in office. This initial training period will be in office 4-5 days/week but then as/if the role gets extended, they'll get to adopt the more WFH model.
