Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be entrusted with the task of managing payable invoices, ensuring accurate accounting functions, as well as handling accounting software systems. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of payable invoices

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data

• Maintain and update accounts payable records on a regular basis

• Handle the matching, batching, and coding of invoices to the general ledger

• Resolve any discrepancies in the accounting records

• Use Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting purposes

• Manage check processing to ensure timely payments

• Monitor weekly account payable to maintain financial stability

• Operate SAP system for efficient business processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing and organizing financial data

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and report generation

• Familiarity with all fundamental Accounting Functions is necessary to ensure accurate and efficient financial management

• Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is crucial for managing outgoing payments and vendor relationships

• Experience in Check Processing is needed to handle company transactions securely and accurately

• Ability to handle Discrepancies in financial records, identifying and resolving them promptly

• Proficiency in managing Payable Invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Experience in Weekly Account Payable management to maintain up-to-date records and ensure financial stability

• Knowledge and experience in SAP software are essential for streamlined business operations and financial management
