Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Production Worker to assist as a Painter Helper in our production equipment department. This is an entry-level position where your attendance and reliability are highly valued. While attention to detail is important to avoid drops and damaged products, all tasks are teachable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of products for painting.

• Set up equipment for painting tasks.

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint booth and manufacturing floor.

• Ensure attention to detail to prevent product damage.

Essential Skills

• Basic skills in paint preparation and production.

• Ability to set up equipment for painting.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Work Environment

Work primarily takes place in a paint booth and on the manufacturing floor. You will be part of a dynamic and industrious environment, handling various tasks related to painting and production setup.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
