Wells Fargo Lead Labor Relations Consultant - Lead Business Execution Consultant in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Labor Relations Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to be part of the Human Resources (HR) Labor Relations Proactive Strategy team. This team is responsible for the creation, implementation and oversight of the company’s proactive labor strategy, programs and strategic initiatives.
The Lead Business Execution Consultant is a key position providing strategic cross-functional leadership and execution delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to report to the Head of the Labor Relations Proactive Strategy team, to provide critical support for strategic and programmatic initiatives that require cross-functional execution across the company.
In this role, you will:
Partner with the Head of Labor Relations Proactive Strategy to develop and deploy data-driven strategies that are designed to develop and increase the labor relations knowledge and skills of managers and HR professionals across the company, to support them in creating a more positive employee experience
Support the proactive labor relations strategy by leading key manager effectiveness and employee engagement-related initiatives, that require partnership with HR professionals, Line of Business leaders, Communications and Legal partners
Partner with teams across Human Resources, Legal, Communications and Lines of Business to increase organizational readiness to support a positive and direct management-employee relationship
Support Labor Relations leaders in creating executive presentations, data analysis, strategic plans, to reflect the progress of execution of key strategic initiatives.
Plan, prepare, and deliver impactful communications and presentations on Labor Relations strategy and status updates for executive audiences.
Support and serve as a subject matter expert to develop and deliver, in partnership with Learning & Development and Legal, a Labor Relations manager training curriculum
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in responsibilities, tasks and work alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Labor Relations expertise or relevant HR experience in an organized environment.
Experience at a large-scale, geographically dispersed corporation that successfully improved positive and direct relations between management and employees
Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, independent decision making, and project execution.
Demonstrated success in strategic or programmatic planning, leadership and execution
Ability to analyze data/dashboard metrics and develop a strategic approach from data insights
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail.
Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and make decisions independently based on understanding of department strategy.
Ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior levels
Ability to motivate and influence groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to, and drive decision making and accountability for execution through a collaborative approach
Ability to create and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations including updates and progress on key initiatives and strategic milestones

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
