This position is day shift: 8:00am-4:30pm. Purpose of Job This position is responsible for scheduling patients/procedures as well as greeting physicians and in-coming calls. Job Functions Schedules procedures. Answers and directs in-comingcalls, emails, and queries. Obtains scheduling sheets/information needed for procedures as requested. Assure appropriate coordination with other hospital departments when special surgical needs occur Performs various administrative duties to support surgery scheduling. Assist in ordering of office supplies Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
