  Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

• Oversee all aspects of the wrestling program, including coaching staff, athlete development, and program evaluation.

• Plan and execute effective practice schedules, game strategies, and off-season training.

• Ensure compliance withIHSA/IESA and BCSD policieswhile promoting sportsmanship.

• Evaluate athletes’ skills and prepare them for competition.

• Manage team equipment, social media updates, and collaborate with the athletic trainer.

• Educate student-athletes on positive life choices and academic balance.
