We are seeking a skilled CNC Cad programmer with expertise in sheet metal fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD software and a strong understanding of AutoCAD, structural/mechanical design, and reading prints. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various projects in a dynamic work environment.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create detailed machine parts using CAD software

• Develop CNC programs for Trumpf and punch press machines

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production to develop sheet metal components and assemblies according to project requirements.

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical and structural components

• Participate in project meetings to provide technical expertise

• Supply cad part programs to the plasma table, break presses, and punches

• Create a steel material take off from an engineered design

  QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years of cad programming or machine operator experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
