Chattanooga has so many outdoor recreation opportunities that it is ideal for folks looking to lead an active lifestyle. For two years, the city was awarded Outdoor Magazine’s “Best Town Ever” title. The City even has a special division within the Parks and Outdoors Department called “Outdoor Chattanooga,” which offers archery, mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing classes.
