Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Define market access objectives for regional access team to maximize patient access to Gilead portfolio based on cooperate access goals;

• Develop regional market access analysis, strategy, access planning, action plan, access events and initiatives to support the accomplishment of access goals;

• Lead the regional access team to achieve access goals through multiple market access initiatives, including but not limited in local negotiation, PRDL, reimbursement policy adjustment and implementation etc.;

• Build up long term relationship and network with regional payers, authorities and stakeholders;

• Track latest update of local healthcare policies and provide healthcare policy analysis to support business decision. Facilitate local commercial teams to understand the policies and potential impact;

• Manage, coach and develop a professional regional access team. Drive national or regional access initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and skills:

• Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Major of Medical, Pharmacy and equivalent is preferred.

• Leadership Competencies

• Superior interpersonal and excellent communication and influencing skill, both internal and external;

• Well-developed networking ability;

• Strong strategy agility, ability of innovation;

• Manage Change, excellent ability of issue analysis and solving;

• Proficient skill of team management.

• Job Required Competencies

• At least 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry;

• At least 4 years’ experience in market access area and team management;

• Capability of negotiation skills with solid experience in local reimbursement negotiation is preferred;

• Expertise with health economics is preferred.

• 根据公司市场准入目标，为区域准入团队制定市场准入目标，最大化患者可及吉利德产品；

• 制定区域市场准入分析、战略、准入规划、行动计划、准入活动等，以支持准入目标的实现；

• 领导区域准入团队通过多项市场准入举措实现准入目标，包括但不限于本地谈判、PRDL、报销政策调整和实施等；

• 与地区支付机构、各相关方建立长期良好的合作关系；

教育/资格

· 本科及以上学历；

· 医学、药学等相关专业优先。

领导能力

· 优秀的人际关系，优秀的内部和外部沟通和影响能力；

· 管理变化，优秀的问题分析和解决能力；

· 优秀的团队管理技能。

工作能力要求

· 10年以上制药行业工作经验；

· 4年以上市场准入及团队管理经验；

· 具备谈判技巧，有扎实的本地谈判经验者优先；

· 具有卫生经济学专业知识者优先。
