The role
Associate -Consultant - Security Specialist function is to own and collaborate with the team in terms of delivering and supporting security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge.
Perform health checks on security solution regularly and help detect incidents before there is any impact
Monitor and measure system resources, and if needed, resolve Issues related to security incidents related to emails, changes and problem tickets;
Provide inputs to technical documents based on repeat incidents and help assist SMEs during problem resolution;
Fix security related service issues as they occur and follow up with after action reviews; and
Follow Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management tool
What we need to see from you
Minimum 2 to 4 years demonstrated ability working in a Security Operation Centre monitoring, detecting, triaging and supporting security solutions related to M365 Intune and Defender
Hands on experience in Crowdstrike and SentinelOne implementation skills is must.
Experience in monitoring, detecting, supporting and delivering security solutions such M365 Intune, MDM, Defender, O365 Security and compliance in DKIM, O365 EOP, ATP, AIP, Azure AD, CAS Alerts Management, Proof Point Email Security, FireEye ETP, TrendMicro, DLP, Email and Web Security, SPAM filtering, Vulnerability Scanning, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, etc
Have a good understanding and awareness of 2 or more of the following: Ø Proof Point Ø Intune / Defender Ø Trend Micro Deep Security Ø Trend Micro ApexOne Ø Qualys Guard / Metasploit / Nessus Tenable Ø Microsoft M365 MDM, Security and Compliance Ø Splunk Enterprise and Security Ø CyberArk
Have a good understanding of ticket management and service requests
Have a good understanding of Security Operations and Service Delivery
Exposure to ISO 27001, PCI related certification and compliance practicesAwareness and expertise of using at least 1 Enterprise Ticketing systemITIL processes in supporting Security Solutions and Service Delivery
The candidate may need to work Flexible Hours to provide extended support and may need to come in 24x7 shifts & be available on call when required
Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Technical Degree with certifications in Information Technology or Information Security
Cisco certifications such as CCNA
Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MS-100, MS-101 and MS-500
Technical Certifications in TrendMicro, FireEye, Proofpoint, Qualys, Cisco, Cloud Raxak, KnowBe4, Splunk, CyberArk, Okta, Digital Guardian, McAfee CASB Security Products Preferred
Good command in English, other foreign languages are a plus;
Good cross-cultural interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and customer;
Be a great teammate and Fast Learner;
Share best practices and proactively suggest continuous improvement;
Raise operational issues to management when needed;
Willing to work in 24x7 shifts
