Corcentric Supplier Operations Coordinator, Purchase Order Solutions in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Corcentric, a leading provider of cloud-based finance and procurement solutions, seeks a Supplier Enablement & Onboarding Specialist to join the Purchase Order (PO) Solutions team within the Customer Success organization. The SEO Specialist is responsible for online enrollment, onboarding, and enablement of suppliers within our S2P Purchase Order (PO) platform. This position requires a higher-energy individual who can present the program's value and highlights, convincing potential suppliers of the benefits of participating in the program

We are currently hiring out of our Cherry Hill, NJ office, however, this role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to this office, even if you plan to request a work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

As a Supplier Enablement & Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct outreach via phone and email to enroll new suppliers in the PO Solutions program.

  • Present the program's value and highlights, convincing suppliers of its benefits.

  • Contact current enrollees to discuss fee changes or adjustments to their billing tier due to changes in use or portal status.

  • Send contracts to new supplier enrollees and facilitate quick contract execution by guiding suppliers through the enrollment process, ensuring all contracts and supporting documentation are quality-checked for accuracy and meet requirements.

  • Document all supplier contact activity and statuses in appropriate tracking conventions (spreadsheet, portal, document, etc.) as requested by management, adhering to established guidelines.

  • Provide both formal and informal program training to end users.

  • Partner with Financial Ops, Collections team, and other key internal partners to identify and recover due revenues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and department stakeholders to resolve legacy disputes and address missing contracts and contact details.

  • Keep internal stakeholders apprised of new supplier set-up details and configuration issues.

  • Review reports on customer activity to identify purchasing trends and work with the Customer Success Manager on supplier retention efforts.

  • Maintain supplier accounts and report on their escalations and successions during customer (buyer) meetings Report enrollment and volume details to Customer Success Managers and participate in planning meetings to determine next steps.

  • Reach out to new suppliers to inquire about their initial experiences and gather feedback on the supplier experience.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer enrollment, onboarding, or a similar process-oriented role is preferred.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Efficient time management skills to meet enrollment targets and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough customer enrollment processes.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales, support, and product development.

  • Capability to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Positive and customer-friendly attitude, contributing to a positive team and customer environment. Ability to empathize with customers and exercise patience, especially during challenging situations.

  • Willingness to continuously learn about products, services, and industry trends.

  • Experience or skills in sales or upselling are beneficial.

  • Familiarity with:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology-related products and services.

  • Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software, enrollment systems, and other relevant technologies. CRM tools and practices to manage customer interactions and data.
