As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll manage and process vendor invoices, maintain financial records, and support accounting functions to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies. This is an onsite position with a small accounts payable team.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute vendor invoices from the accounts payable inbox.

• Input invoices into the ERP system and match with purchase orders.

• Verify invoice pricing, terms, and G/L accounts.

• Maintain digital records for audits and assist with Concur expense reporting.

• Update vendor records and reconcile transactions.

• Support month-end closing, credit card reconciliation, and cash flow management.

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and identify process improvements.
