Job Description
Public Service Post-Graduate Fellow who will work at a public service organization under the supervision of a JD.
Duties will include: assisting Staff Attorney, and other attorneys in the program with public comments on federal agency projects; conducting legal research in support of comments, administrative appeals, and Federal and State litigation; assisting the Staff attorney and other attorneys in the program with case development, case management, and litigation strategy; drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents for Federal and State litigation, under the supervision of the Staff Attorney; conducting factual research in support of Center projects, including reviewing scientific literature and conducting field investigations; and conducting document review in support of Federal and State litigation.
Annual Salary: $50,000

JD from an ABA Accredited law school
