Responsible for all field oversight of one or several construction projects at once, including safety, budget, schedule, and resources. Daily self-perform work items include but are not limited to minor grading, forming, and pouring/finishing concrete, as well as coordination of the entire project team to complete project safely, on time, on budget, and as per plans and specifications. Applicant should be computer savvy and must be fluent in reading grades and complying with ADA requirements. Applicant must have knowledge of and experience with foundations, curb & gutter, and slab on grade. Hands-on construction experience and/or concrete finishing experience are strongly preferred. Some travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including progress, quality, cost, and schedule.

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Manage and direct subcontractors and construction workers.

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Develop and implement construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

• Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials, and personnel.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal requirements and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction staff.

• Monitor and control construction budget and expenses.

  Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Drivers license with clear driving record

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing

• Experience in Civil Construction
