We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Fort Lauderdale. The role will focus on leading the operational strategy for Class A commercial properties and requires robust property management skills, financial understanding, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and property enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of various commercial properties to enhance performance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value.

• Lead and mentor a team, including a property manager, tenant service coordinator, engineers, and support staff.

• Supervise construction projects, working closely with a dedicated construction manager.

• Ensure financial accuracy, oversee budgets, and manage invoicing and billing processes.

• Act as the primary escalation point for tenant concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Initiate and lead initiatives to improve the properties' aesthetic, functionality, and long term value.

• Manage operations for multiple properties across South Florida, with potential travel to Jacksonville.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and performance across the portfolio.

• Use ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Processing, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Buying Processes, Cash Activity, Cash Handling skills to process customer applications and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.Fe

Requirements • Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in using Concur software

• Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Strong data processing abilities

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls

• Understanding of buying processes in the real estate industry

• Experience in managing cash activity

• Proficiency in cash handling
