Job Description:

As an IAM Engineer III for our Identity and Access Engineering team, you will report to the Senior IAM Engineering Manager. In this role you will lead a technical engineering team, partnering with our product and experience design teams to build secure privileged access experiences that protect critical information and resources. This is an exciting opportunity to continue to evolve and enhance the global identity and access management platform at the world’s largest restaurant company

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the PAM product management team on defining and executing the product roadmap for identity and access products aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.

  • Lead technical efforts on projects that will architect, design, develop, and implement PAM solutions using BeyondTrust PAM products and potentially other products as required to meet security requirements.

  • Manage and support day to day operations for PAM platforms.

  • Drive elimination of technical debt within the existing identity and access platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach.

  • Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to operations teams.

  • Drive professional development through technology, skill sets and tools to foster professional growth among our IAM engineers, resulting in improved productivity and high-quality outputs.

  • Participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.

  • Build community and knowledge sharing opportunities within the different engineering chapters.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, designing and implementing enterprise-level on Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.

  • Deep technical experience with BeyondTrust (preferred) or other privileged access management technologies.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into practical IAM solutions.
