Job Title: Oracle Cloud PM

Location: Must be local or willing to relocate to St. Louis

Job description:

As an ORACLE FUSION Global Transformation Project Manager, you will manage a program or project to ensure it delivers expected and aligned Business Case to the Business Sponsors, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management, adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. You will be responsible for leading and driving discovery through to design with the Assembly Team of Business resources, and IT and/or IT partners to then build the Business Case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the discovery process of the initiative has been completed to the alignment with Business sponsors and/or IT

  • Strategically integrate across multiple functions within the Business to effectively drive Discovery through to Design and execution of the program/project through to successful delivery

  • Effectively articulate status and concerns at all levels in the organization- from senior executives to project team members and third-party service/solution providers

  • Manage by proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, risks, leveraging program/project methodologies as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the program/project

  • Protect the execution of the project to deliver the outcome as expected of the Business Case while adhering to the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the delivery

  • Manage and resolve issues, and/or conflicts in a global, highly cross-functional environment

  • Partner with change management organization to execute organizational change, communication, and training plans

  • Must handle multiple priorities simultaneously and dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize work for yourself and the program/project team as appropriate

  • Must leverage interactions at all levels of the organization to ensure program/project execution moves forward towards successful delivery

Required Skills:

  • Leads implementation and support of Oracle Cloud in a PM capacity:

  • Works with client team to confirm scope, goals, objectives, business justification, secures people and budget;

  • Leads, monitors and maintains progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality;

  • Assists the client PM with monitoring tasks and progress of client activities;

  • Assesses risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans;

  • Demonstrates skills in project management and delivering Oracle Cloud based solutions;

  • Possesses advanced knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting, and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium-sized engagements within the Oracle Cloud product suite;

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting, and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium-sized engagements within the Oracle Cloud product suite - Oracle Cloud Financials, EPM and Procurement;

  • Possesses experience in project management and delivering Oracle Cloud based solutions; and,

  • Possesses experience with Jira.

  • 15 years of roles increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs within both IT or business industries

  • Start to finish experience managing 2 or more capital IT projects with budgets of $5,000,000 or more, ERP (ORACLE FUSION) implementation preferred

  • 5 years of experience with stakeholder management in project/program management role

  • PMP, Agile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
