Job Description

Are you ready to join one of the most trusted brands in the world and be part of an incredible merchandising team on a part-time basis? If you’re passionate about creativity, making a difference, and being part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, we want to hear from you! Do you believe that only your best is good enough?

Ignite Your Passion with the National Merchandising Team!

At the National Merchandising Team, we are on an incredible mission to elevate the retail experience for LEGO® enthusiasts! Our team proudly serves over 6,000 Target and Walmart stores, along with key regional customers across the U.S., and we’re making waves in digital merchandising too!

Our Vision: To seamlessly connect shoppers with the brands they love at the retailers they trust.

Our Mission: To craft innovative, high-impact merchandising solutions that enhance the shopping experience and empower our partners to shine!

Our primary focus? Delivering an exceptional retail experience for every LEGO® shopper! In stores, we are the eyes and ears of our brand, executing dynamic retail operations—whether it’s unpacking products, creating eye-catching displays, or fine-tuning inventory. Every action we take drives conversion, deepens engagement, and meets the needs of our shoppers. We’re not just about transactions; we’re about building strong partnerships and fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation. Together, we seek and create solutions that transform everyday opportunities into memorable experiences!

As the National Merchandising Team Lead, you're a key player behind our merchandising organization's success story! Your mission? To dive headfirst into collaboration, coaching, and sparking excitement during every store visit. You're on the frontline, energizing our team members with dynamic training and real-time feedback that turbocharges their performance. Why? Because every pep talk, every high-five, and every 'way to go!' contributes to consumer sales, boosting our brand's visibility, and most importantly, ensuring more LEGO® sets end up in the hands of children nationwide.

Your role isn't just about hitting targets; it's about revolutionizing the way we bring the LEGO® brand to life in stores across the US. You're the right-hand person to our Field Manager, translating our US Merchandising direction into action with passion and finesse.

But here's the best part: You're not just a leader – you're a catalyst for a culture of curiosity, and dedication. Whether you're executing weekly initiatives or championing the LEGO® spirit of fun and innovation, you're the heartbeat of our team, inspiring us all to dream bigger, reach higher, and build better – brick by brick!

The hourly rate for this position has a range of $26.00 - $30.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
