Aspen Dental Program Manager, Clinical in Chicago, Illinois

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Aspen Dental team as a Program Manager, Clinical Development .

Job Summary:

The Clinical Program Manager is a critical member of the Aspen Dental Clinical Support Team responsible for supporting development and management of strategic programs focused on driving growth and success of doctors and Aspen business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, development, execution and management of programs, including partnering with cross-functional leaders to identify program needs and optimal delivery formats

• Support agenda, participant selection, enrollment and scheduling, and content creation for programs

• Coordinate the collection, organization and reporting of key metrics to measure clinical program success

• Serve as first point of contact for all questions from program participants regarding programs and escalates issues as needed to the various program owners.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Key departmental partnerships for this position include Operations, Finance, Learning & Development and HR

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• 2-3 years in project/program management experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities while working independently with limited supervision.

• Experience identifying and assigning tasks to program team members; tracking to ensure completion.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively organize, structure, prepare and/or present data.

• Strong integrity with ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; including excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

• Some experience with project management methodologies, software, tools, etc. are preferred.

• Hybrid role (some onsite presence required 2/3 days a week at HQ's 800 West Fulton Market, Chicago)

Salary Range: $73,000 - $86,000
