About the Role

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive hospital culture, ensuring smooth daily operations, and mentoring our talented team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing daily workflow on the hospital floor

• Cultivating an inclusive and collaborative work environment

• Assisting in the interviewing and hiring process for new team members

• Managing technician scheduling and assisting with staffing coverage as needed

• Supporting the growth and development of our technical team through training and mentorship

• Providing hands-on opportunities for staff to enhance their skills

• Ensuring compliance with VCA protocols, guidelines, and best practices

• Collaborating with hospital leadership to drive hospital success

• Addressing and resolving workplace conflicts professionally and constructively

What We Offer

Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling.
