ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Customer point of contact for RMA/ SCAR Prepare documentation and entering data for processing credits to customer accounts Prepare reports on unsalvageable goods and monitoring status of product refurbishing Complete return process for determining liability Manage inventory during sorting and containment functions Destructive failure analysis for failed circuit boards (including assembly returns) Complete the failure analysis report for the customer Manage supplier material for expiration and testing for extensions Operate with a true sense of urgency Exact adherence to process requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English Team working skills are critical for success Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines Work closely with others in a team environment Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize data; apply basic arithmetic. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
