We are currently in search of Proposal Engineer for Soltec North America.

Your goal will be to collaborate with the sales team to achieve established goals by developing technical and economic studies of projects, always ensuring their profitability for the company

Main responsibilities

  • Preliminary analysis of budget requests.

    • Creation of the client's account in our internal CRM, updating data related to proposals/offers, and communication with the sales team.

    • Evaluation of client specifications and development of cost-effective solutions for both the company and client objectives.

    • Coordination with other departments (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, construction, etc.) to ensure compliance with requirements and coherence of proposals.

    • Preparation of administrative, technical, and economic documentation, as well as proposal submission for tenders, bids, and projects.

    • Monitoring of external service responsible for energy production designs and studies.

    • Maintenance of proper tracking of opportunities in the internal system (CRM).

    • Preparation and review of contract offers for projects based on client needs.

    • Tracking of submitted offers.

    • Determination of costs and timelines, including outlining factors that may increase or decrease them

  • These functions represent the entirety of the position, but are not exclusively

    limited to them.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in industrial enginering, mechanical, electrical or a related field.

  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in renewable Energy,

  • English C1

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in comparable roles, ideally within the energy sector.

  • Proficiency in Autocad, Pvsyst, salesforce
