Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our team based in Clackamas, Oregon. In this role, you will be primarily involved in processing invoices, managing data entry tasks, and providing support for payroll timekeeping. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity that requires proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle data entry tasks for accounts payable.

• Provide support in processing invoices.

• Manage and maintain accurate credit records of customers.

• Assist with payroll timekeeping data entry.

• Potentially provide support during the onboarding process.

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

• Ensure timely execution of check runs and invoice coding. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and management

• Experience with Check Runs and the ability to manage them efficiently

• Demonstrated skills in Coding Invoices, ensuring accurate billing processes

• Strong Data Entry abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience in Invoice Processing, with a focus on timeliness and reliability

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software for accounting and bookkeeping purposes
