Position Summary: Responsible for providing computer technological support to the agency by helping as it relates to the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, electronic mail, and operations. A bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field preferred with two years of experience preferred. • An associate degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field with four years of experience preferred. • A +, Network +, and/or Security + preferred. • Capable of conducting research as necessary to resolve operational problems with system hardware and software. • Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards. • Effective communication (written/oral) supervisory, management, coaching, organizational and time management, leadership, people and result oriented, critical-thinking skills, and personal skills. • Familiar with mobile device management is a plus. • Proficient in training, observation, and properly completing documentation. • Current driver license.
